USCO is founded in Italy. As a trading company, it specializes in replacement parts for Caterpillar earthmoving machines.

USCO acquires ITR, expanding its product range and becoming a manufacturer of pumps, gears, sprockets, and other spare parts for earthmoving machines. USCO begins selling ITR-brand products, a quality brand recognized worldwide.

USCO establishes DYNAPARTS, a company focused on the retail market in Europ

USCO enters into a joint venture agreement with Korean Undercarriage Tracks, a market leader in track chains, track shoes, and segments, and with HUALONG, a Chinese manufacturer leading in the production of sprockets and idlers. Track One is also founded in Modena for rubber track production.

USCO acquires all shares of Korean Undercarriage Tracks and HUALONG, becoming the new owner of the production facilities.

A new forging plant is established under Korean Undercarriage Tracks for track chains with presses of 1600 and 2500 tons.

ITR Benelux is established in the Netherlands to supply machine parts to customers in the Benelux and Germany. Additionally, ITR enters the agricultural sector by acquiring Barani Natale.

USCO celebrates its 25th anniversary and forms a partnership with BYG, a leading Spanish company in the GET sector. Additionally, ITR Meccanica is established.

USCO acquires Barani Natale, entering the agricultural sector. INTRAMEX is established in Bremen, Germany, BULLDOG is acquired in the U.S., and MST Parts Group in England. Finally, USCO acquires a 75% share in Strickland Tracks.

ITR Industries in South Korea opens a new factory dedicated to producing rollers for excavators and bulldozers. Barani Natale and Figli Srl change their company name to ITR Agri.
